The Summit was attended by more than 200 Customers, Partners and Merced Colleagues, and we hope that you found the conference constructive and worthwhile! The event was designed to give everyone the opportunity to learn about emerging practices in Performance Management for sales and service organizations and share new ideas and best practices to take back to your organizations to apply in your own operations.
Product Launches
The summit saw the launch of two new offerings that broaden our Sales Performance Management solution. The first release was for a new Merced Intelligence module, Merced Sales Compensation Analytics, the SPM category’s most advanced analytic application. Sales Compensation Analytics enhances Merced Incentive Compensation Management's (Merced ICM) award-winning capabilities with a pre-packaged analytic application designed to deliver market-leading ad hoc query and analysis capabilities, and powerful data visualization for business users. This leads to rapid ROI for Sales and Compensation executives, managers, and analysts.
We also launched an alliance with TerrAlign, a leading provider of sales resource optimization solutions. The partnership will provide a powerful new planning capability to our SPM product line. Merced Incentive Compensation Management customers will now be able to use TerrAlign’s enhanced territory alignment capabilities to optimize their sales resource deployment while effectively managing the sales compensation process. The products will be integrated to provide a seamless process from planning to plan creation and payment.
Innovation Awards
At the summit, we announced a series of Merced Innovation awards for customers who used the Merced products in innovative and new ways over the course of the year. This year’s award winners are recognized for their companies’ achievements in the following main categories:
- Performance Management was deployed to support a major initiative and delivered great business results
- A more impactful Performance Management project was achieved when applied to multiple customer-facing functions (Sales and Service)
