Merced Systems and Sibson Consulting Invite you to Participate in the 2010 Customer Satisfaction and Compensation Survey


Good customer experience and satisfaction are good for business – we all know this. But, just how good are they? We'd like to find out.

 

Merced’s partner, Sibson Consulting, a national strategic HR consulting firm with special expertise in sales force effectiveness, is studying how customer satisfaction correlates with sales compensation and business results through their 2010 Customer Satisfaction Practices & Trends Survey. Responses are due by Friday, August 6.

 

All participants will receive a summary of the survey results. The data will be aggregated, ensuring that each participant's information remains anonymous.
