- Roadmap Insight - Provide customers with insight into Merced Systems’ product roadmap and upcoming releases.
- Product Feedback - Give customers a chance to steer roadmap priorities by providing feedback on the roadmap and participating in prioritization exercises.
- Build Relationships – Provide a foundation for ongoing partnership with Merced.
- Best Practice Sharing - Provide a forum for networking and best practice sharing with other customers.
The Product Advisory Council conducts the following types of activities:

Group Meetings – 2-4 times per year, Merced and PAC members will conduct in-person group meetings at convenient locations to review features, see product demonstrations, and discuss priorities for the Merced product roadmap.

Online Presentations – periodically, Merced will conduct online presentations to introduce new releases, provide training, or highlight particular customer successes.

One-on-One Meetings – PAC members are encouraged to reach out to directly to Merced product management at any time to discuss product issues, provide feedback, and align roadmaps.

The Product Advisory targets several types of customer contacts

Business Sponsors – people responsible for and who benefit directly from business results of performance management initiatives in the enterprise.

Project Managers - people who are responsible for delivering and implementing performance management to the enterprise. These people
should be familiar with Merced Systems products and how they get used.

Lead Technical Administrators – People responsible for administration and configuration of the product. These people are product experts that use the product on a routine basis as part of their job.
In addition to customers, Merced Systems will periodically invite industry experts and partners to participate in Product Advisory Council activities. Participation is open to all customers willing and eager to engage fully in the spirit of partnership.
