Training
Merced Systems Education services offer a range of training courses
for administrators, analysts, and end users. Courses are designed to help customers and
partners maximize their investment in Merced Performance Suite and Merced Incentive Management.
Courses include:
- Fundamentals
Fundamentals provides participants a comprehensive overview of MercedPerformance Suite and Merced Incentive Management and their capabilities through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises. The class starts with the basics of performance management and ends with design exercises for implementing new data sources, new metrics and new reports. Along the way, attendees will learn about all of the different modules within Merced Performance Suite and Merced Incentive Management and how data flows from source systems into their data tier and through to personalized end user views.
- Configuration
Configuration picks up where Fundamentals leaves off, providing comprehensive
end-to-end configuration training. Attendees will create a new data
feed and forms, as well as experience the full lifecycle of how data
flows from a source system through to end user reports and dashboards.
- Administration & Application Support
Administration and Application Support training is designed to teach
an Application Support Engineer all the necessary tools to administer
and maintain Merced Performance Suite and Merced Incentive Management. Attendees will learn to install
and configure the application, perform common maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot common errors.
- End-User
End-User training is designed for Front-Line Employees, Managers, Supervisors
and other end users. The content of this course is focused
around basic use of reports, dashboards, alerts and forms, with an
emphasis on any customer specific data and metrics and
how end users should use Merced Performance Suite or Merced Incentive Management on a daily basis. Merced
Systems can also train customer's Training staff to deliver Merced Performance Suite end-user training.
